About the Acting Workshops
All workshops are for adults over 18 years
All workshops are open-level
As part of the Totally Thames Festival theme, you’ll use scenes from ‘The Tale of Morphea’: the adventures of a woman who lives on the canal with her boater friends and the swans. Come along and see where it takes you…
For first timers or people already involved in theatre – this is a fun and safe, creative space to work on your acting skills with other people and develop your creative performance work.
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in and bring a bottle of water.
All venues are wheelchair accessible.

About the Acting Workshops
All workshops are for adults over 18 years
All workshops are open-level
These workshops are a focussed, motivating and safe creative space.
They’re for beginners and for people with experience who want to develop their existing acting skills to build continuity in their work.
This is a chance to develop your creativity, your skills of voice, space and movement, through warm-ups, games and exercises, and most importantly, build your confidence and enjoy yourself by working collaboratively on scripts and improvisation.
Extracts from a script will be taken as the working material for techniques, approaches, improvisation and explorations.
If you already have a script or play extract that you’d like to do some work on, we’re open where possible to fitting this in, just let us know.
Please wear clothes you feel comfortable moving around in and bring a bottle of water.
All venues are wheelchair accessible.
